PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
Effective date: February 01, 2026
This public offer constitutes an offer by Salxera For Online Selling,
a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai
(registered office: Business Bay, Dubai; hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”),
to enter into an agreement under the terms set out below with any party interested
in purchasing consulting services (information products)
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1. Definitions
1.1. Public Offer (Offer) – the Provider’s public offer to conclude a consulting (information product) agreement under the terms set out below.
1.2. Website – the digital platform owned by the Provider: www.lipsandtox.co.
1.3. Consulting Services (Information Product) – paid educational services provided by the Provider (written materials, video training content).
The training is intended to transfer skills and practical experience, but does not constitute state-accredited education.
Completion of the Course does not grant a professional qualification and does not authorize the Client to perform medical or aesthetic procedures.
1.4. Video Training Material – a video-format lecture delivered by the Provider and accessible remotely to the Client.
2. General Provisions
2.1. Acceptance of the Offer (payment) constitutes conclusion of the Agreement.
2.2. By making payment, the Client confirms that they have reviewed the terms,
the description of the Information Product, and accept the operating rules of the Website.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Provider delivers consulting services (information product), and the Client undertakes to pay the applicable fee.
3.2. Access is provided via Telegram channel subscription or individual hyperlink.
3.3. The Provider may issue an electronic certificate upon completion; however, such certificate is not an official diploma and has no legal effect.
4. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
4.1. The Client selects a service on the Website, provides their details (name, email, phone number) and completes payment.
4.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
5. Provision of Services
5.1. The Information Product is delivered digitally within two (2) business days after payment.
5.2. The obligation is deemed fulfilled upon sending the individual access link.
5.3. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
6.1. Prices are published on the Website.
6.2. Due to the digital nature of the product, once the access link has been sent, the paid amount is non-refundable.
6.3. If the Client fails to use the access due to their own fault, the Service shall still be deemed fully performed.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
7.2. If amicable resolution is not possible, the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction.
8. Liability
8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. The Provider is not responsible for the Client’s subjective evaluation of the Course or individual results.
8.3. The Provider is not responsible for internet or software disruptions on the Client’s side.
8.4. No information contained in the training materials constitutes a guarantee. All decisions and risks are borne by the Client.
9. Validity of the Offer
9.1. This Offer enters into force on the date of payment.
9.2. The Provider may unilaterally amend the Offer, with changes becoming effective upon publication on the Website.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All elements of the Course are the exclusive intellectual property of Salxera For Online Selling.
10.2. The materials are for personal use only. The Client may not copy, record, or transfer them to third parties.
10.3. Unauthorized distribution of content may result in legal action.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Governing law: The laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.2. The Client agrees to receive informational messages (Email, WhatsApp, Telegram). Unsubscribe: info@lipsandtox.co.
11.3. The Client consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of service provision.
11.4. The Provider shall not be liable in cases of force majeure.
